Our Process
We believe your wedding or event flowers should feel like an exciting part of the planning process, not an overwhelming one, that’s why from your first consultation through to setup on the day, we take care of every detail.
1. Get In Touch
Send us an email or give us a call and tell us a little about your event. Share with us the date of the wedding or event, your budget and any initial ideas you may have. If you have any inspiration pictures, moodboards or colour palettes, we would love to see those too.
2. Design & Guidance
After you’ve sent your enquiry, our experienced florists will follow up with ideas and suggestions for your floral designs that will work within your budget or we may suggest an in-person meeting at our shop in Worcester, to further discuss the details of your event. If you’re unsure on certain details, we’ll guide you through all the options.
3. Final Arrangements
Once everything is confirmed, we take care of the finer details, such as selecting the perfect flowers to use, conditioning the flowers when they arrive, creating the arrangements and organising delivery times.
4. Delivery & Styling
On or before the day, we handle delivery and full setup across Worcestershire, working with the venue to ensure every arrangement is styled just as you envisioned. We’ll make sure everything is in place so that you can relax and enjoy the day.
